Alex Dombi – WeRideTwo YouTube Giveaway 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

1. Sponsor 

This giveaway is sponsored by Alex Dombi – WeRideTwo (“Sponsor”). 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Google. 

2. Eligibility 

The giveaway is open only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements at the time of entry: 

Must be 18 years of age or older 

Must be a legal resident of the lower 48 United States 

Must have a valid YouTube account 

Must comply with all YouTube Terms of Service 

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate. 

3. Giveaway Period 

The giveaway begins when the official giveaway video is published on the Alex Dombi – WeRideTwo YouTube channel and ends prior to the live drawing on Sunday, February 8th. 

All entries must be received before the live drawing begins. 

4. How to Enter 

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete ALL of the following steps: 

- Subscribe to the YouTube channel “Alex Dombi – WeRideTwo” 

- Subscribe to the YouTube channel “Dennis Kirk, Inc” 

- Comment on the official giveaway video posted on the Alex Dombi – WeRideTwo YouTube channel 

⚠️ Limit one (1) entry per person. 

Multiple comments or entries from the same user will not increase chances of winning. 

5. Prize 

One (1) winner will receive: 

One (1) Strider Balance Bike, winner’s choice of: 

12-inch model (12 Sport) OR 

14-inch model (14X) 

The prize will be shipped at no cost to the winner to a valid address within the lower 48 United States. 

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Determined by selected model. 

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted. 

6. Winner Selection 

One (1) winner will be selected at random using a random comment picker system 

The drawing will be conducted live on the WeRideTwo YouTube channel on Sunday, March 8th 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received 

7. Winner Notification & Verification 

One (1) winner will be selected at random from the comments on the official video.  The selected winner will be mentioned by username and tagged in a pinned comment of the live video.  The selected winner must:

Provide confirmation of eligibility 

Provide a valid shipping address within the lower 48 United States 

Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. 

8. Shipping 

The prize will be shipped to the confirmed winner at no cost. 

Sponsor is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damage once the prize has been shipped. 

9. General Conditions 

Sponsor reserves the right to: 

Disqualify any entrant who violates these rules 

Cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion 

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Alex Dombi – WeRideTwo, YouTube, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use. 

10. Privacy 

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared or sold. 

11. Acceptance of Rules 

By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
